Changes to ByteTel’s Internet Plan Offerings in Ontario
As part of our efforts to improve service reliability and streamline our internet offerings, ByteTel has discontinued several legacy cable internet plans for both residential and business customers in Ontario, effective immediately.
Discontinued Internet Speeds:
The following cable packages are no longer available for new orders or speed change requests:
- Cable 75 Mbps
- Cable 60 Mbps
- Cable 40 Mbps
- Cable 30 Mbps
- Cable 15 Mbps
- Cable 10 Mbps
If you’ve submitted an order that hasn’t yet been processed and it includes one of the above plans, please resubmit your request using one of our currently available internet packages.
Existing Customers Not Affected
This change does not impact any active services. If you're currently using one of the discontinued speeds, your service will remain unchanged.
What Should You Do?
- New customers: Please browse our latest internet plans to find a package that suits your home or business needs.
- Current customers looking to upgrade or change speeds: Get in touch to review available options.
